Tony Caldwell, the Founder and Lead Coach of the 2326 Group, is a seasoned leadership coach and consultant with over three decades of experience developing high-performing leaders. His unique blend of military, corporate, and nonprofit experience has allowed him to work with leaders across the public and private sectors. Tony has successfully led teams ranging from small, agile units to large, complex organizations, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by mid-level and new leaders.
Driven by a passion for helping professionals navigate career transitions, Tony founded the 2326 Group. He specializes in working with emerging talent, new leaders, and individuals in transition. Having risen through the Army's ranks from Private Frist Class to Lieutenant Colonel, Tony brings a unique perspective and practical approach to addressing leadership challenges.
